All classes will begin on Tuesday March 31, 2026, at 8:00 am and continues through March 27, 2025, at 12 pm.

TESTING INFORMATION - READ THIS PLEASE!

THERE WILL BE NO TCEQ TESTING AT THE REGIONAL SCHOOL

As of September 1, 2023, paper-based exams will no longer be offered at TWUA Regional Schools. All tests are available at authorized Computer Based Testing Sites (CBT). You can see the available sites here: https://www.tceq.texas.gov/licensing/exams/cbt_occ_lic.html

MUST HAVE PRE-APPROVAL FOR TCEQ TESTING

Anyone wanting to take a TCEQ CBT exam will be required to fill out the on-line Occupational Licensing Electronic Application (OLEA). Your application must be pre-approved before you can register to test. All exam fees are $111, plus a CBT testing fee.

RESILIENCY TRAINING FOR WATER OPERATORS

The Resiliency Training course must be successfully completed and, on the individuals, training record before applying for an initial Water Operator license or upgrading an existing license.

In order to get a TWUA Membership discount you MUST have your member id number for each person you are registering.

Students Registrations!

If you are registering for someone else or doing multiple registrations you will need either the registrant's TCEQ License Number or full Social Security Number for each registrant.

MULTI OR GROUP REGISTRATIONS

You will be able to do multi registrations and make one payment but you will have to enter information on every registrant. At the end of the first registration you will CLICK on button name "Save Registrant" at the bottom. Another window will pop up and if you are adding another registrant, CLICK on button named "Add Registrant" then click on proper registration type and enter information.

This registration type is for instructors that are teaching at this regional school only. Please select the class you will be teaching. In the company area, please enter TWUA Instructor.

Resiliency training is now required for ALL water operators. In response to Winter Storm Uri and Senate Bill 3 from 87th Texas Legislature, TCEQ has implemented a resiliency training requirement to address preparing for, preventing, and responding to weather emergencies and power outages
